Orders and Cancellations

We require the purchase price plus £12 Insured Courier Service when ordering your Dress.

The Dress will be ready approximately 28 business days after cleared payment.

Please note that we supply Custom made Design inspired Gowns which closely resemble the photographs, but include Signature elements unique to us. The images shown are reference photographs to illustrate the basic design and cut of the gown. We only use high quality fabrics and all our embroidery is hand done and it should be noted colour and/or embroidery may vary very slightly

Cancellations

You have forty-eight hours from placing your order with us, in which time you can cancel your order. After this period, work will have started on your dress and cannot be cancelled.
