We are a family run e-commerce business and we buy direct from the manufacturers, which means we sell our bridal-wear at wholesale prices.

How quickly do you respond to emails?

We respond to all with 48 hours.

What do I have to do to buy a dress from your site?

The process could not be simpler...

  • Select the products you wish to buy.
  • If you are buying a dress, select the size and colour of your dress. It is very important you measure yourself carefully and if you are between two sizes, it is advisable to order the larger size and have the dress altered to fit. Refer to the Measurement Guide page and the Size Chart (both are in the side menu) for sizing information.
  • Add the product to your “Cart”. Once you have added your first product, the cart will appear at the top right of all the pages on this site.
  • Look for some matching accessories and if you find some you like, you can add them to your Cart also.
  •  When you are ready to pay, you can go to “Checkout”.
  • At the secure PayPal Checkout page, check the amount, (which will include the shipping charges), then decide whether you want to pay by credit or debit card (bottom left, “continue” button), or if you have one, via a Paypal account.
  • Complete the required information and once you have paid, PayPal will send you a confirmation email to let you know the payment has been successful.
  • With 48 hours, we will also send you an email, confirming exactly what you have ordered and giving you the chance to change or add to your order.

Is your online system secure?

Yes. We have teamed up with PayPal who provide a secure environment for our online transactions.

Do you make alterations?

No. As your  dress is custom made for you, alterations should be minimal.

What are your delivery charges?

Within Mainland UK, £12 for dresses by insured courier. Other areas to be advised.

What happens if there is a problem with the dress?

All our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, should you discover a problem, we will take the necessary steps to put it right for you.

How do I decide what size to order?

Please use the Measurement Guide page and the Size Chart, which you’ll find on each of the dress details pages and the side menu to determine the right size dress to order.

How do I store my dress until my wedding?

Most places are fine, but avoid dampness, sunlight and smoke.

What dress colours are there?

The vast majority of the dresses we sell are white or ivory. However, you may want to order a different colour. If so, select “other” when choosing the dress colour and we will be in touch with you to discuss and confirm exactly what you’d like.

Some of the dresses have a contrast colour. So whilst the dress itself may be white or ivory, there may be a contrast colour on the dress or sash. Where this occurs, you will be give the opportunity when ordering to select from the 81 colours on the Colour Chart.
